FAQ

Your current tools are setup to email reminders on a set scheduled (ie, 10, 20, 30 days after the invoice is due). It does not respond to customer questions, it will not modify the schedule of reminders if a customers says something like “oh, i’ll make sure to pay that next week”, and it will not help you by setting up payment plans or negotiating when things get tough.

Simple and lightweight – at a bare minimum we need you to setup an email for us so that all email  communications come from your own domain. Connecting Quickbooks or Xero is optional as invoices can also be uploaded directly to our systems.
